Prohibited items
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Firearms, ammunition, and weapon components
- Explosives, fireworks, and detonators
- Flammable liquids, gases, and combustible chemicals
- Corrosive, toxic, or hazardous waste materials
- Counterfeit goods and intellectual property infringing products
- Live animals and human remains
- Cash, bearer instruments, and precious metals unless pre-approved
- Alcohol and tobacco products where route or law restrictions apply
Restricted items
- Lithium batteries and power banks (packaging and declaration rules apply)
- Certain medicines, medical products, and supplements
- Perishable food not properly packed for temperature and transit conditions
- Electronics requiring specific carrier or customs documentation
- High-value goods requiring declared value and additional controls
Restricted items may be accepted only where packaging, declaration, carrier, and destination requirements are fully met.
