Frozen fish, meat, seafood, poultry, dairy products, vegetables, and other perishable food items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered unless the incorrect item was supplied, the item was damaged in delivery, spoiled on arrival, or unsafe for consumption.
Return requests should be submitted promptly after delivery. Issues with perishable products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Condition and eligibility checks apply before approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
