Online shop return guidance.

This policy applies to product purchases made through the Noble Shop.

Shop returns scope

Returns apply to eligible online shop products. Shipping and logistics services are governed by service terms and shipment-specific conditions.

Perishable food items

Frozen fish, meat, seafood, poultry, dairy products, vegetables, and other perishable food items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered unless the incorrect item was supplied, the item was damaged in delivery, spoiled on arrival, or unsafe for consumption.

Return window

Return requests should be submitted promptly after delivery. Issues with perishable products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Condition and eligibility checks apply before approval.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
